Box office was closed! Not enough people working there. Had to stand in line at the concessions stand to buy movie tickets. About 20 people ahead of us trying to figure out what kind of pop or candy they wanted to buy. Once we get out tickets and get to our seats, the chairs all look worn out, leather torn, seats not labeled well. These should have been replaced years ago! Obviously they are not putting money back into this theatre. I’m going back to MJR.
This theater seems be going down hill. many of the seats now have cuts and tears and leather peeling off them. Hope this place isnt heading in the direction of AMC Great Lakes.

Me and my family go to this theater all the time at least once a week. These people that work here are the very rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life!!! I have movie tickets for today and this will be out 3rd movie this week. My daughter wanted to bring her friend I have done this several times in the past no problem. The manager Zade said he would not. I called back and the next snotty unprofessional employee says we won’t do a for u unless u r a $300 member. So rude! It’s really bad there. 2 Stars.....Purchased tickets from two clerks whom apparently were not having a good day. Received no greeting other than their frowns. No one asked asked for the rewards card until I reached the concession stand. Found out that a free movie ticket was available , so I went and got a refund . Unbelievable how for the 2nd time the ticket clerk demeanor was nasty. She told me she wasn’t able to perform the refund that I had to wait on the clerk that was assisting someone else. This place is going down fast. The seats are disgustingly worn out. Second time in a row we get the same bad experience, in two different theaters. Wish I could post pics, but no option for that. Not coming back for a while.#PaulGlantz

RecommendedI love the theaters here and find them roomy and comfy with the new seating but while I was using the restroom I felt like someone just peed on my foot....it was the toilet next to mine overflowing! Yuck and gross!
Bought 2 tickets for 1:05 The Upside show today! I get there and the girl said “ The show has been canceled due to equipment problems. The customer service was awful!! The manager should had done something for all the customers that drove to see the show . He/ she should of said here is two free tickets or something off concession stand next time you come. Nothing!
