Love going here with the kids. However yesterday we went to see Rouge One and had horrible seats. Would not recommend first row, had a very hard time focusing on the screen.

My first and will be my only time there. Rude cashier. She Didn't care to see if there was "available" seating for a movie (which I thought was pretty asinine for a movie theatre to have to have assigned seating). We left and went to another theatre which I knew had more friendly cashiers and better seating overall.

We waited for 45 min for ourovie to start and after several people asking what was taking so long and them telling us that are about to start it, they come in and say sorry no showing. No other explanation. Most people in our group had someone on the autism spectrum and sometimes being out in public places is difficult enough for these individuals but to have to get them to sit there and wait for so long looking at a blank screen was difficult.
