First, they tried to make things right by giving everyone a free movie... but... when you are forced to evacuate the theater in sub zero temps outside you should provide more information about what is going on. It was a 45 minute delay in the movie (The Last Jedi) not all of which was outside but other than the announcement that "you must exit the theater" there was not ONE announcement saying the issue was resolved or that the movie would restart in "X" minutes so please return to your seats. I like the theater and the reclining seats were designed for taller people. I'm short and the "pillow" at the top of the recliner pushes my head forward; and makes the seat very uncomfortable for me. I'd appreciate any suggestions to make the recliners more comfortable for me and the rest of the shorter population. Thank you.
I like the Emagine theater on 23 mile, but this one was barely acceptable. The recliners were weird and uncomfortable. The lobby was not as updated as the other one and I paid $1 more per ticket for this theater I guess because it is in Rochester. Won't go to this one again.

This was my first time at Emagine Rochester. I was very uncomfortable watching the movie because my seat back wouldn’t recline. My neck is still stiff. Also, the popcorn, which I look so forward to, was no where’s near as good as Emagine Macomb.
I liked the actual theater but the concessions left much to be desired. For what we paid for our items they could have at least been fresh. Nachos were less than crunchy and the popcorn was dry, flavorless and tasted a bit like cardboard and when one of my group returned to the concession stand to get butter to see if that would help, he was met with a snide remark about his request. Definitely won't be my first choice for a movie theater.

Meh.. it was ok.. the theater is starting to show wear and tear.. they are expanding with what looks like a high end imax theater addition.. Emagine overall is soo much better than amc and meh but this isn’t our normal Emagine that we goto. I guess the biggest complaint is the location of the rest rooms being away from the theaters.
They had the most filthy female bathroom it was sanitary and pads on the floor with no trash cans in the bathroom stalls for the female to throw those away so they use the floor.
