So we get there to see transformers yesterday. Place seems pretty nice. Well we get to the theater and theres no 3D glasses. We had to go all the way back out to notify that no one in the theater has glasses... at ya know the 3D movie! Then we start eating the popcorn and it was so stale. How do you have stale popcorn at the movies?? So once again we had to go back out and get fresh popcorn. Then we noticed as were reclining the seats in row F (theater 2) that the guard rail is literally blocking the screen. So there is this... read more

Usually we go to the Emagine Macomb location but the Royal Oak location had the time we were looking for so we thought we'd give them a try. First we paid for parking which I thought was odd, later I see on a little flyer at the concessions its free for the reward members which I am, bummer I just wasted $3! Next the popcorn we ordered was stale so I had to get back in line to get fresh. Long lines to grab tickets on a Monday. The person at the consession was rude to the point I walked out of line. Then to actually watch the movie the seats were super sticky. Do better.

Emagine says they hold their theaters to a higher standard, but that is not what i saw at the royal oak theater. The bathrooms, both womens and mens, were disgusting, both before and after the show. The employees were informed but acted like it didnt matter. The building was a mess, and theater number 6 smelled like bad b.o. After my visit I would rather visit AMC

I saw All Eyez on Me the seats are So comfortable I also dined and the spinach dip was great but they wouldn't accommodate not having spicy wings which was crappy. Parking is pay only and if it's a late show they stop taking orders before show starts i ordered chicken drumsticks and received wings and the waitress never came back didnt bring more drinks or pick up empty dishes. I asked about the buffalo sauce and my waitress said if I was you I wouldn't eat any of these chicken drumsticks, when asked if there was anything no... read more

Please please make sure the women bathroom is clean when the movies are over i was a little disappointed held it until I got home!!
