. There are plenty of other theaters in the area that won’t shame and refuse service to young paying customers !!! Unacceptable 😡 Change the signs on your doors to reflect your companies written policy on minors being admitted after 9pm NOT 6pm.
My daughter and friends are old enough to have a job, but not go to a 7:30 movie? Then you lie and say it’s a City of Royal Oak curfew which the RO police confirmed is NOT true! Do NOT waste your money at a place that discriminates against teenagers.

The manager is horrible Teens are not welcome in building after 6pm even if an adult is sitting at the bar in the building. Customer service sucks and they think everyone is a kid!!
Teenagers are not welcome here. They will refuse admittance after 6pm. Take your business elsewhere.

I bought 4 tickets online for a PG-13 movie for a 6:30 pm showing. I dropped my 14 yr old son and 3 friends off to see the movie and they were turned away. They were told that they had to have an adult with them after 6pm? I called the theater and asked about this and was told that it’s posted on the doors. When o said that no where on the website did it say that all she would say is that they could refund my tickets. Brought our tickets online for a 3 pm showing they had changed the theater missed half the movie it’s currently 5pm and I’m still here never again especially with children
Try turning up the heat like you turn up the sound and the stupid warm up music because you don't start the movie on time! Turn down the prices instead of the heat rich cheapos
this is my second time there. the recliners were filthy. the arms had drinks spilled all over them. the whole back row of people were very loud and distracting throughout the whole movie. The couple next to us got up and left 3/4 of the way through due to the people behind us. we had theater attendants come in twice to deal with them and nothing happened. it was terrible. ill have to spend money to see the movie again and those movies are not cheap. very disappointing
