I have never seen such a NASTY, DIRTY place of business. My last few visits have been very disappointing. I have spoken to Management at the facility and nothing has changed. How is it trash and popcorn is on the floor behind the counter, kicked under the Popcorn Machine. None of the counters are wiped or an effort being made to wipe before serving the next customer. I went here with my sister tonight to watch a movie. I ordered my food (pretzel bites with cheese) to get delivered to my seat. 20 mins later my sister left the theater to go see what was going on and found my food at the food counter sitting under a heat lamp. She asked why it was sitting there and how long would it have been before being delivered if she didn’t come get it? She was told I don’t know when by concession because they only had one runner. Went for the 3 from hell premier first night and no poster less than 20 people in theater 50 posters ??? They put them out at 5 pm for 7 pm showing by garbage can in theater !!! Was told sorry were short staffed, um really?? Then told it wasn’t there event??? How poorly run is this place!!! This theater 3 (Emagine Royal Oak)was nasty popcorn all over the floor seats nasty. I was very disappointed. My sister and I went to the 11:30am show to see John Wick. She’s been talking about this movie for sometime now. We rarely have the same off day. So today was the day. First of all you have to go through to much for parking. If I could give them a 0 I would. I went to see the avengers end game. We paid for a private theatre room. I paid for $51.75 worth of snacks for my family. They said they would bring it to the room. Then they let us know they couldn’t and we had to get it ourselves. That’s fine, no problem. We get down there and they said they canceled it and they had to swipe my card.
