RecommendedI found low sound on dialogue delivery also background sound doesn't have punch for indian movies. First time watching here and experience this issue first time from a movie theater. Management please have a look on this. This is just my suggestion.
I've never had a major complaint in the years I've been coming here, but tonight the place was a disgusting shithole. So many people standing around while tables and the bar were unbussed and a carpet that looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Get a new manager.

I have been coming to this theater for many years. And I will say I have seen a decline in service and cleanliness. Was just there yesterday, the girl working the concession stand barely made eye contact, just grabbed my money and tossed the cups and poor tasting popcorn on the counter. Didn't even get to the movie. Went there for the first time today. It's my anniversary weekend. Tried the Dine and View. Took 45 minutes of us sitting there watching everyone that came after us getting service including people that JUST walked in before we said forget it and left. With us not living nearby, that was an hour and a half that we wasted on our anniversary to watch people being served and watching advertisements. Just incredible.
I like Emagine Theatres but not this one so much. I normally go to the one in Canton or Novi but I was meeting someone here. The prices are higher than the other Emagines mentioned. We had to keep going to the concierge to tell them the movie had not started, no previews or anything well pass the 10:30am start time. They did give us readmittance pass as we left the theater for our inconvenience.

Sad to see that they have cut their menu in half and no longer have the bowling alley. There isn’t wait service for the restaurant anymore. You have to order at the bar and you food comes to you in a take-out container. Not what it was when they opened.
I didn’t like the dinner theater. I had an end seat to see Equilizer 2 and it felt like every ten mins the server was walking pass me, reaching over me and blocking my view. My movie was disrupted several times it literally ruined the movie for me. I spoke with the gentleman that took my ticket. He said call the manager. 🤔😳🙄🤷🏾♀️
