I love kids,, but this poor baby cried the entire movie. And the mom never took the baby out. Movie was probably to loud for babies ears. And Believe it or not two people in front of me had their phones out entire time shopping at Amazon. Seriously unbelievable and distractible. Good thing the movie was for the boys I took..
Like the location and theater, but customer service is never impressive.
Paying to park needs to go at the Royal Oak theater. They need pull out tables for each seat for when you get concessions.

The food was horrible 🤢 Seriously I asked the waiter was the fish seasoned. It was over cooked and it was chunking in the inside. The fries tasted cheap! To add insult to injury them high ass prices for them alcoholic beverage it was not a pinch of liquor. I see why people bring their own food and drinks. I wouldn’t mind spending money if the service is worth it! Oh, yeah.... no hot sauce for catfish “hilarious” Blacks like hot savue with fried fish 🙄🤦🏽♀️
Movie was good, but something really bothered me. I watched this kid working the concession stand eat pizza between helping customers while we were waiting for our pretzel bites. He didn't wash his hands and when he grabbed our food I saw his finger go into my pretzels. Then he came back with a mouthful of food and a piece of what I assume was chewed up food went flying onto my shirt when he spoke to us. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. I'll be purchasing drinks only from now on!
This place has gone down the drain!!! The seats are horrible meaning the leather is splitting it was dirty!! Horrible customer service skills!!!! They need new managers!!! I was there yesterday and my seat was so bad they wouldn’t let me change to a different seat or offer any compensation (a free small bag of popcorn would of made me happy)!!!! A lot of young kids working there and that’s fine but theirs no guidance.. never again!!! AMC gained a new customer!!!
