Most importantly we never, ever have been told we come across as condescending and for that we need to make sure we address internally as that is totally not acceptable under any circumstance. Overall I'm satisfied with Emerald City Energy. They seem like good people and do very good work. I hired them to replace a lame old aluminum window with a set of newwood and fiberglass windows and to install a new fiberglass entry front door. My house is a 1922 cottage/craftsman style house that had a horrible aluminum window from the 80's installed at some pointand a drafty front door.
