<p>This was a big deal purchase and it was fine. I have nice windows all the way around. There was a delay and they did not get back to me. I gave them a bad report because I had paid for it and I was really upset because it was close to the Christmas season. As soon as I got a bad report they got in touch with me, came out and did the work. One of the windows broke when they put it in so it was replaced right before Christmas.
