They would call the day before to let me know they were coming and always showed up. I had an issue with a few areas in my yard having weeds despite treatment - they came out right away and retreated.
I purchased a Big Deal for $49, for lawn aeration by Emerald Lawns. When I called to set up the appointment, the man who answered the phone was courteous and professional. We set a date for the aeration and he gave me instructions on watering the lawn so that the aeration would be as effective as possible. Unfortunately it rained heavily on the day before the appointment. The treatments for fertilizing the grass have gone pretty good, but any weed removal is minimal at best. They said there wasn't much they could do without killing the existing grass and that the new grass would choke out the weeds. It hasn't happened after 3 treatments.

This company ALWAYS does excellent work!
The lawn care was very good. Knowledgeable and professional. The problem was their administrative processes. I had to call them to get an invoice, they still didn't send it. Then, they sent me a past due notice! When I called to talked to them about, she gave me lecture about paying my invoices and that they ALWAYS leave an invoice attached to the door. Believe me, they do not . . .

Ashley was supposed to email you a new invoice after you let her know you had not received one. She failed to do that and you got a past due notice email. We had purchased a big deal for the service and it was fine. We were very pleased with it. We had paid more because our lawn was larger than what their big deal had indicated, but it was not a large amount, and we decided it was well worth it.
When I called they said they would contact me a day or so before they came out. Weeks passed, finally they called. The aeration could have been better. They did it only in one direction, not once over in one direction and once at a 90 degree angle to the first aeration. It was not very deep. The application of compost was very even and of a proper depth though the compost was not of the highest quality. The two men performing the job were friendly and professional. I would consider it a good, but not a great, job.

We get a lot of demand at times, but we should have given you a better approximation of when we could be out. It was a standard aeration which means one direction. I have seen the company grow and each Technician has been extremely professional and knowledgeable about lawn care.
