We had a great experience when our puppy hurt her leg last week. We are first time dog owners, so we had many questions and concerns- the staff and doctor could not have been kinder (and we are clueless). The receptionists Meghan and Zuri handled everything professionally and efficiently. Diego, our technician, was so sweet with our Happy and explained we needed to let Happy "sleep it off" after she was sedated (we called from home, again, clueless). I wish that I could separate my reviews... The staff is compassionate and personable.. what isn't fair to them or the clients is that they're forced to demand a credit card before the work can be started. My cat was in critical condition and I was hysterical. It wasn't appropriate to be hyper focused on asking me for a credit card while my baby was on death's door step. It's insensitive and quite cruel. What if I'd not grabbed my purse when I rushed out of the door? It seems their policy would've been to just let my family... read more

The staff here is amazing. From the phone call, the moment we walked in to the checkout everyone was friendly, cared about my puppy and made sure I knew what what going on.

We had a great experience at Collin County Emergency Animal Hospital - our baby kitty had an abscess on his jaw and the staff took such great care of him! The Dr. was attentive and friendly and concerned about our time - The staff was extremely friendly - and they were very up front about options and costs - and we could tell they truly cared about our little guy! We highly recommend this place for the fur babies!
