Everyone was very kind and professional. They worked quickly to figure out what was wrong and treated accordingly. I felt so much better after the visit and my fur baby is feeling a lot better now.

We took our 60# baby girl ( plott hound/ lab) to ER Animal Hospital of Collin County last night. She has impaled herself with a 4 ft. long by 2-3" piece of a fence cross piece last night through her thigh and leg. The whole staff front and back were speedy, courteous, acknowledge and comforting to us as they removed the spear from her body. They kept her overnight did surgery and had her ready to come home this morning with detailed instructions and medicines. We had to put down our very loved 14 yr old Shiba Inu 1/3/17. It was after hours so we came to this clinic for the first time and I cannot adequately express how grateful and appreciative we are of the entire staff. Every single person we encountered was extremely patient, caring, empathetic, and understanding. It was as if they were grieving right a long with us.
