We took our 60# baby girl ( plott hound/ lab) to ER Animal Hospital of Collin County last night. She has impaled herself with a 4 ft. long by 2-3" piece of a fence cross piece last night through her thigh and leg. The whole staff front and back were speedy, courteous, acknowledge and comforting to us as they removed the spear from her body. They kept her overnight did surgery and had her ready to come home this morning with detailed instructions and medicines. Dr. Hoyt and staff were extremely compassionate and detailed with... read more

We had to put down our very loved 14 yr old Shiba Inu 1/3/17. It was after hours so we came to this clinic for the first time and I cannot adequately express how grateful and appreciative we are of the entire staff. Every single person we encountered was extremely patient, caring, empathetic, and understanding. It was as if they were grieving right a long with us. As an animal lover myself, I can't imagine doing the job they do; however, we need them and I am so comforted that Sebastian was welcomed to Rainbow Bridge wit... read more

Cannot stress enough the superb medical services my precious Lilly received by her caring doctor & staff. They were very nice in giving me updates and allowed me to visit my Lilly. The lobby room is comfortable to wait while watching tv, clean facility, free coffee & good pricing. What I liked the most is the genuine caring & respect given to my Lilly, treated her as the princess I told them she means to me, Thank You, You are A+

We have been here 2x for after hours/emergency care for our dog. The vet who worked with us last night was outstanding. She was patient, empathetic, and listened to all of our concerns. She even explained processes, procedures, meds, costs, and options. We had to wait for a long while for a response from a radiologist and she kept checking on us to provide updates and make sure we were ok. We were very impressed and hopefully our Indy will get better.

Living with a pet is like living with a child; accidents can happen out of nowhere - and often after business hours. Wynter - somehow while playing on her own with a soft toy - pulled out a dew claw. Poor thing! Thank you to Dr. Kapu and staff at the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County. They were as kind to Wynter as her regular (and wonderful) vets at North Colony Animal Clinic. Being a twice-rescued pup, Wynter equates an unknown clinic with being surrendered to the SPCA. She was trembling and skittish at first, bu... read more
