I have been here several times over many years with different dogs. Sometimes I have left with only a leash and empty collar. The staff and doctors here are top notch and I have never met a more caring group of people. Their compassion for animals and their people in difficult times is truly outstanding. I am thankful that they are close by.
I really want to thank the doctors and staff here that saved my dog's life after he was attacked by another dog. He was bleeding everywhere and had puncture wounds in his organs and a broken rib. I didn't think he'd make it. The doctors, nurses and staff kept us in the loop the entire time. There were no surprises, they went over everything. Terrible experience with Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County We took our dog to Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County on custer road for emergency treatment. He was in ICU care there for 2 days. During the entire period, out of the 4 doctors who changed shifts, only 1 called us with an update on his condition. None of the others called with an update.
