RecommendedWith the COVID-19 going on we called before going and they were very informative so we left home in Porter and headed to Magnolia. We got there and everything went just as they said it would over the phone. The wait ended up not being as long as they originally advised which was great. The Dr called explained what was going on with our Sadie and we agreed with what she wanted to do and when they brought her back to us they went over everything and said that they were so sorry she was in such pain. RecommendedI cannot speak more highly of this entire staff than I'm about to. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew my baby was in amazing hands. The technicians were phenomenal, and the vet we saw that night was so caring and so receptive. RecommendedThese people are AMAZING!!!!!! They took such good care of my sweet baby Riley. He accidentally got into Ant Poisoning. They kept me updated the entire 20 hours he was in their care and explained their procedures and cost step by step. I am so happy my sweet doggie is home and he’s going to make it!! Thank y’all so much!! UPDATE: They even called today to check on my sweet Ry-Ry boy. He’s almost fully recovered and to think we could have lost him. Thank y’all for being so amazing!!! 🙏🏼🐶❤️😭🏡

RecommendedOn a Friday, of all days, my regular vet ran a blood panel to find our girls kidneys were terribly unhappy. She required being hospitalized through the weekend of fluids and IV drugs. We took Darla to Emergency Pet Care of Texas for continuing fluids and being monitored over the weekend. They called us twice a day to give us updates and let us visit whenever we wanted. Thank you to the entire staff for helping our girl get through this, and she is back to being a ball obsessed obnoxious heeler. We couldn't be more pleased ♥️
