RecommendedHarry decided to swallow Santa Hat off his favorite Buc ee’s toy…the staff here was amazing! Took him right in, proceeded to retrieve Santa hat with stuffing by inducing vomiting. Watched him after to make sure of no problems and we are safely home💞

RecommendedHighly Recommend this facility!! I came in very emotional and fearful of my boxer puppy’s condition after eating numerous pieces of sugar free gum with Xylitol. I rushed him here within an hour after eating the gum and they immediately weighed him, took him back to induce vomiting, and gave me the number to Poison Control to confirm the quantity of Xylitol in the gum. RecommendedMy golden setter was diagnosed with osteosarcoma by bone aspirate thanks to ECPT and I received a full extensive report on the findings which were unfortunate, but it was so nice to be given all the steps and treatment options for my boy. He has since passed on and the clinic and staff when that time came were with me every step of the way through that journey. They were very kind and compassionate and you can tell they are all animal lovers there.

RecommendedWe are having post opp issues from a spaying at a different facility. From the 1st call with concern to our arrival and check in, Misty has helped ease our anxiety with her honesty and excellent hospitality. We haven't even gotten our baby back there yet but if they can treat us with such compassion, I know our baby is in good hands!!

RecommendedOur dog was intentionally ran over by a FedEx driver yesterday. This emergency hospital was not only accommodating, but sympathetic and compassionate as well. Our dog is going to recover (thank the Lord!), and I credit their care for that. Thank you so much for helping Grant.

RecommendedEveryone here is so nice and willing to help you. My dog Oreo was so sick he had to be euthanized. They took such great care of him and us. Let us say goodbye, explained how and what they do it and what will happen. He was cremated and they did a remarkable job with his ashes. I would recommend them and definitely go back to them.
