RecommendedI want to thank everyone at Emergency pet care for saving my girl Lerma. I have an 11 year old German shepherd named Lerma. My girl was bit by a venomous snake, which I believe to be a copperhead. I took Lerma to the hospital after I noticed her face was swollen up and her breathing became erratic. I was so scared my girl wasn’t going to make it. I arrived at the Emergency pet care clinic about 3 hours after the bite. They administered the anti venom therapy and saved my dogs life. RecommendedSeriously these guys are amazing, they saved our little pups life! They are compassionate and they genuinely cared for our little guy. There was a moment when we had to make tough decisions, but I’m so glad that they knew what to do for Judah! I could not recommend these guys more! Thank you so much! Judah is home now and recovering very well after surgery.
RecommendedSeriously AMAZING! After calling 4 different places at 11am on a Saturday (including our normal vet 😒) this was the first place that said “yes, we can help”. My 10 year old pitbull had put her foot through our glass on the front door. She was hurt pretty bad (so was my mom from the flying glass). In a panic I had my sister bring my dog, Faith, here. RecommendedEveryone we came in contact with at this facility was extremely caring and kind. Unfortunately our elderly dog had to be laid to rest on Labor Day, and they walked us through everything very empathetically. On such a difficult day, their efforts and kindness eased some of the pain. Thank you!

RecommendedWe took our girl their twice and both times were fantastic. The first time the staff and doctor were very thorough explaining everything over the phone because we couldn’t be inside during Covid. They patched her up and gave us another wonderful month of memory making time with my baby. The second time was to put her to sleep and they were so kind and gracious and allowed us to do it outside so we could stay with her (no one else would!) The doctor explained everything step by step. RecommendedEveryone was absolutely amazing. My dog's ear flap had become very infected and had to be removed. The vet and staff were all thorough and answered all my questions. They seemed to genuinely care about our dog, Leia. I'm am so thankful to them for all they did.

RecommendedDr Kristina and her staff are my heroes. We showed up last night with my very ill dog. His health went down quickly and by the time we got him to the hospital, his body was shutting down. Dr Kristina and her staff were so polite and kind, while giving us our pup's lab results, etc. They offered options, but also gave us the statistics on survival. They made us feel ok about our decision to let Bear go over the rainbow bridge. They even allowed us to stay with him during the procedure , despite Covid. The biggest heartwarming... read more
RecommendedEmergency Pet Care of Texas was great! The staff was very helpful, even with it being curbside because of Covid. It was really hard sending our pup in and not knowing what was going on, but we got over the phone updates which were great. Our Hudson got bit by a snake that morning and spent all day here being monitored. We got such sweet feedback about our boy and could tell the staff took great care of him during his stay. I definitely recommended! Lewis/Louis was amazing!!!!
