Awesome team. Empire was really fast and cheaper than most. Happy I found them and had a friend recommend them. To give an overview, I had a 4 bedroom house with some large furniture like bedframes dressers etc. They dismantled what they had to and packed everything safely enough for there to be no issues.
Empire really goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met and that your experience goes smoothly. No fluctuations or last minute changes, which was greatly appreciated. They packed everything up like pros to ensure nothing would get damaged or broken.
Thomas, the person i initially spoke to on the phone was very warm and sweet. Im very happy i found such a caring and compassionate team that understands moving is always a stressful experience. Overall I had a good experience and would not have made it without them
They did a great job, brought plenty of straps to keep things like the tv bed frame and desks in place, had around 50 boxes of all different shapes and sizes. Overall things went smooth and they were pretty fast to boot!
Empire Moving Group LLC was recommended by a friend of mine from college. I needed relocation from Pennsylvania to Florida for a new job opportunity. Empire took the lead and made my move easy and stress free. They were not the cheapest quote I received, however I rather pay a little bit more for better service, and that’s what I got with Empire! Do yourself a favor and use Empire.

Andy was fantastic, he was there through all the hiccups I had with my move. He allowed me to change my date twice and made the experience as smooth as possible.
First of all, I will applaud Empire Movers for extending our move date and location without forfeiting our deposit. I will agree with other reviews that when it is crunch time, they are very persistent and pressure you to complete the details and financial aspect of your move. I had a great experience with empire moving group, they packed up everything I own and loaded it up for me. Then drove it from Ohio down to Florida. The only issue that I had was that the load up did take a while, but they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend. Thanks
