All the reviews are correct. We lost $10,000 for the same reasons every one else did and no one can stop them. I have put in numerous complaints for moving ******************** rep disappears, furniture delivered a month later with only one driver that couldn't unload *************. We are helpless and praying one day they get caught for deceiving so many people and class action lawsuit gets them. Please trust these reviews. We are real people and my husband is a handicap veteran.

Sleaziest service! Here are the reasons for our rating of this company. Initially, the assigned sales person approached us so aggressively with an excellent nice approach until he secured the contract, with a reasonable down payment. The sale person soon after disappeared totally, the first sign of a ******. Then another company appeared as a mover having same contract number, second ******. We had a terrible experience with this company and still are dealing with it. They miss quoted us by half. On the day of our move across country the quote doubled from $7500 to $14500. When speaking to the ******* he advised Empire would assist on the following business day to find out what happened and make it right. We had no other choice but to let the movers take our items and he required we sign their contract. We had to get out of this home that day and did not have another option so were forced to proceed. Empire lies!!! Not to be trusted!!! I was quoted $8k less than what the real cost was. I had to leave the minimal amount of furniture I had behind. Very upsetting!

First off I would to say if you are moving across country and can afford a reputable company such as Mayflower etc. I would not recommend Empire Moving, LLC. to move my granddaughter furnishings never the less real household furnishings. Empire Moving, LLC, are brokers and are not the actual movers. The movers are other businesses, only God knows if they are legitimate businesses are not. Do not go with these people, everything is quoted to you in cubic feet and then when they. Pick your items up they will charge you extra. Was told that my delivery schedule would be two weeks out, Im still waiting, may be lucky to get my stuff by Thanksgiving and may have too pay extra for gas, everyone you have contact with seems to charge you more, the first initial tile you sign up, when they pick your stuff up and betting once they get here to deliver.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIIS COMPANY!!! They are scammers. They are very helpful and nice in the beginning assuring me as a senior that they would be with me all the way through the move. I moved my granddaughter from downstate ******** to *********, **. Received a call that pick up would be 10/28/2022 between 9AM & 11AM. they NEVER showed up. DO NOT USE! They use ***************, who got my shipment to me almost two months after the fact and made me go through a long, long process to get money back for being late (I still haven't gotten anything back, so let's see if I ever do).
