RecommendedI love the diversity of the healthcare organization. I also love the. continuing education and the assisting of each other as a team. The acknowledgment of each team member, department as being a valued team member and everyone is special, needed and one cannot function without the other. I’m writing this review on behalf of my grandfather and mother. My grandfather stayed here for several weeks after breaking his hip. While at this facility he developed a pressure ulcer on his heel. My mother repeatedly talked to staff members about keeping his foot elevated, yet every time she came to visit his leg was not floating but laying in the bed. This facility is completely lacking in care. My aunt was sent home too soon, fell and broke her hip 24 hours after being released. She went back after hip surgery and they overdosed her on narcotics! She had to go to the emergency room and get Narcan! Do not use this rehabilitation center.
Neglected my grandmother very badly and caused bedsores. The sores worsened and worsened, they sent her home, she was promptly brought to the ER and told she has sepsis. ENCOMPASS NEGLECTED HER AND SENT HER HOME WITH SEPSIS.
My Sister was put in there March 11th My Mother would call and check on her everyday between 8:45 9:00 am nurse promise to call back with no answer. March 12th our mother walked in found my sister cold and calmly asked for her to be taken to emergency room but house Dr said all test was normal. Saturday March 13th her Daughter found her same way asked for same thing still same answer. Now March 14th I went and she was so cold and clammy u could ring her cloths out cause they were wet.
