Good morning everyone. It is not that I am bias or anything but this is a good place to go when you are in need of medical assistance. I know this because I ask around town, and almost everyone seems to love it, about 9 out of 10. Also, I work here.
Great ER experience recently. Was seen and discharged within two hours. Seriously, not bad.
This hospital held a Black woman against her will, was attempting to force her to undergo surgery she did not want done, kicked her family out of the hospital without cause, and refused to give any further explanation to anyone. 3rd time I've left this hospital without being seen. Nurses are rude and do not care. You have to like people to be a nurse
This place is an absolute joke. Memorial Hospital has zero standards and partnering with this joint really shows how pathetic the facility has become. A patient would be better off going to a Minute Clinic at CVS.
I have been trying for over a week to get in touch with someone, Anyone from radiology. I have left my number at least 20 times but cannot get a call back. As soon as the radiology phone picks up you get a message they are experiencing a high call volume, even when I called at the exact time they open. This message is for nothing more than to put people off. The quality of the hospital and services has gone Way down! I will be switching all my doctor's to Oschner's.

As a medical provider, this is the last place I would go or bring a family member. Dr. Chamberlain (ER MD) was extremely rude to my daughter (the patient) and myself. He was extremely dismissive and condescending. After we were d/c from the ER, we took her to children's hospital in NOLA where she was admitted to the hospital for necessary testing. I have worked in many ERs over the last 30 years and he is the worst ER doctor I have ever encountered.

I was in an accident with a head and knee injury. Paramedics said to go to Memorial bc it was a trauma center. Although the nurse was great, Dr. Zackary Fordham was a joke. The man didn't touch me! Stood with his hands in his pockets at my feet saying I didn't need stitches in my foot, but maybe on my head. Waited forever to go to CT for my head and hip, but nothing for me knee. RN had to tell him to order an XRAY and SHOCKER, I had a fracture and needed another CT! Waited forever again and the RN noticed swelling in... read more
It gets 1 star only because 0 isn't an option. Worst ER experience of my life . The staff has worked really hard to show just how far they're willing to go to not care about patient. I'll be going all the way to Forrest General from now on
