If I could only give this place a big fat ZERO where is the ZERO star? This place is DISGUSTING AND FILTHY. The staff and nurses are very RUDE NO BEDSIDE MANNERS HERE. I'm FLOORED at the filth in this hospital. My husband on day four mind you the cleaning crew came in asking when someone came last time to clean UMMM NEVER food fluids crap on the floors, I honestly don't see how NO ONE has said a word at how DIRTY this place is?? Most rude, disrespectful, and judgmental people I have ever encountered in my life. The staff should realize people are having a bad time and have compassion about there job. I was dropping my girlfriend off who said she was losing feeling in her face and whole right arm was numb. I'm panicking when I pull up having to carry her out of the car thinking shes having a stroke. I pull up and tell the nurse outside she has no fever no covid symptoms no fever no nothing. I wish I could give a half star,I understand that COVID-19 Has people operating differently, but to have your Patients that tested positive sitting outside in the heat for three hours at a time waiting to be seen is outrageous I asked the nurse several times how much longer will it be before somebody comes to see me she kept telling me you should be next you should be next three families they hadn't even been there an hour got in before I did and I potential he had a blood clot in my leg.
ER staff out front is rude and won't even look you in the eyes when you speak to them. Rest of the staff inside is rude and curt. Chairs in the waiting room are dirty and gross as well as the wheelchairs. It doesn't seem like they practice very safe sanitation at all or the staff just doesn't care. It's a sad world we live in when we can't even go to the hospital and get proper treatment from caring staff. I'd give zero stars but it only allows down to one.
I would rather die than go back to the emergency room here. Not one bad experience but two! ER staff has no compassion of patience, the blankets are always dirty. They need to fire everyone and start fresh
Good medical care, probably the worst customer service in the industry. We were making regular payments on a successful procedure performed at Memorial, but they turned us over to a collection agency anyway. They will be several months sending out a bill and then if you don't pay it off immediately they turn you over to a collection agency. When my father was Ill they actually wanted a quarter of a million dollar lump sum payment upfront. There is no defending their business practices
The absolute worst hospital! I took my son in because he hurt his ankle. First of all we waited for almost three hours in the waiting room and when we were taken back, we were placed in a hallway outside of the rooms along with about ten other patients. The doctor came through and looked at my sons ankle (in the hallway)and said it wasn't broken, but ordered X-rays. About 30 minutes later a nurse comes up and said it was a bad sprain,hands me discharge papers with very vague instructions and said we could leave. Now mind you... read more
This hospital is constantly sending bills to me when I have a zero dollar co-paymeant, it's almost like they figure if you're dumb enough to pay it then too bad for you! My daughter also uses Memorial and she has a different insurance provider and they do the same thing to her! I went to have some test done and the lady told me I had to pay the difference between what my insurance company pays and what they charge, I told her that was illegal because if they accept my insurance they have to accept what they pay and she jus... read more
I took my husband to the ER. He had surgery on his foot and was concerned about some redness and pain. The Doctor took off the bandages said you're fine, put the dirty bandages back on and sent him home.
