After one year.No Complaints here, I am quite Satisfied, Billing has been good, Power has been good. Just hoping they notify me at end of contract as they said they would.
I really missed the boat and didn't sign up with Energy Harbor early enough before the rate hike this summer. But I signed up and locked in a good rate for the next 4 years. So far so good. It was easy and seamless.
Have been with Energy Harbor for five years and they have honored thier advertised/contract rate. They provide you with a letter of agreement shortly after you sign up. I have saved a lot on my electric bill over time. My current rate is 4 cents a kilowatt cheaper than what my electric provider charges.
I have always had good customer service with **********************. I have been with them for 2 years and this year they helped me find a good rate again. Very pleased with all the service reps I have talked to on the phone. Good explanations, very helpful in finding me the best rate at the time. I am on a limited income so I need all the help I can get.
Energy Harbor had better rates at a longer time period than my electric company and the provider I was using for several years. They couldn't match yours. Everything was done on line and I got quick responses so far.
