Your electric service is about to start, and I haven't received one bill from PECO yet. In signing up with Energy Harbor, I noted that your rates were about average price. What sold me on your service was your zero dollar cost for early termination. Other services charged up to $150 for early termination. This termination fee was much larger than any savings I could get over their lower monthly costs. William Miller
