Began an electric account a few months ago, when learned my jurisdictional aggregate cost was going up drastically. Then, a few weeks ago I found a better locked in rate with EH, so called to switch to the better rate... my call was answered promptly and the agent was helpful, professional and polite. The process was seamless. Good job!!
