I am happy so far with my experience. I have not received my first bill yet. We will see.The person on the phone was extremely helpful, waiting with me while I did the signup process. This made me much more comfortable with the process as I am not very computer literate.

Easy sign up. I had contracted a 2 yr rate a few months ago with energy harbor and saw that they offered an even better rate. I called and they switched me to the better rate with no problems. Great customer service!

High Energy cost has forced us to not use our central heating system at a temperature that is most comfortable. As retirees, we must budget as our income is fixed. In the past, Every 12 to 24 months we have had to switch suppliers as the current supplier always seem to double or triple the cost per wattage. I was very satisfied when I called and the representative was able to answer all the questions that I had. I was was able to switch my service to them without any issues. They kept me informed the status of the change-over as it was being completed. Switched to Energy Harbor 6 months ago for a 48 month contract. Found pricing had lowered but there was an early termination fee. Called to check to see if I could and I was told to just go ahead and apply online and no fee. I did and it worked as they said. Good ***************** Thanks!
Too soon to tell. I have just signed up with Energy Harbor this past week. I can tell you that they offered the lowest rate of any available company in my area. I will post again when I know.
Energy Harbor has been a very reliable company to deal with when enrolling for my electricity generation. Their rates are good and the terms are longer than ***** or 6 months. There are no early cancellation fees in case I see a cheaper rate in the future and the fixed rate is the only way to go. It is very easy to enroll online. I have no complaints at all with this company.
