Super easy transition. Price comparison was very good. With the rapid increases in energy costs, I feel like Energy Harbor is giving me a cost effective solution.

Very easy to sign up on line. The price is very reasonable (about half of what I was paying) and I appreciate the ability to lock it in for a long time. But what I really like is their claim to be using 100% green (wind) energy. I would love to install a home solar system, but we have too much shade for that to be practical. This makes a great alternative.

Have been with Energy Harbor for almost a year. No cancellation fee. Just picked up their new Safe Harbor 20 for a lower rate with no problems. Everything handled very efficiently. Thanks so much.

I called about the rate I was paying on the *** used. They were very willing to share with me options that locked in the various rates for various lengths of time. I asked several questions about the commitment to the lengths of time and they explained how it worked and calculated the amount of savings I could see each month based on my past usage. I made my change within the past few weeks. I initially spoke with a representative who lead me to online sign up. I have not received an invoice yet...but hoping to make a savings on my next billing statement. We'll see! I found the online sign up very easy to use.x

Easy sign up with no early termination charge. Able to lower my rate several months after original sign up when I checked energychoice.gov and found a lower rate on their site. Called their office and they changed my rate the next month

Sign up is easy. They do not have cancellation fees so I have been able to get a new contract when the rates drop. I have been with them for about 6 months with no complaints.

I am constantly on the lookout for a less expensive energy supplier and have used several different operators over the past few years. Most, although not all, have been reliable. I always found Energy Harbor to be a dependable supplier that steadfastly followed the rules of our written agreement. So when Energy Harbor came out with a new attractively priced, 20-month, fixed price contract without a cancellation fee I was happy to sign it.
