I just re-signed a contract with Energy Habor. I was under contract with them but electric rates dropped so I took advantage of the no cancelation fee to get the lower rate. Trustworthy company.*************************

Decent company to work with - have been with them a few years and have had zero issues. Only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I had to research signing up for a longer term contract at a lower rate - would rather they would have offered, but I guess if they have you locked in year to year, it benefits them. No worries, I did it myself, but overall great company to work with that has no hidden fees like some do.

I switched from one Energy Harbor plan to another that was an online offer. While the process went fairly smoothly, I found that the regular customer service reps weren't authorized to sign me up for the online offer. I had to turn down their offer to extend my current service with customer service and then call a different number to sign up for the better online offer. The process worked but it was irritating to not be able to complete the entire transaction with one phone call.
