My existing contract came to an end and we had to choose another provider. Based on the rate and the terms of the plan Energy Harbor seem to be the best provider. So we applied and the switch was seamless with no interruptions. So far so good!

It was interesting, I wanted a no-change fee, or other built in termination expenses, and it was offered by Energy Harbor for a 3 or 4 year term. I chose the 4 year term at ****, 4 days later dropped to ****, changed and they accepted, then three days later it was ****, and again changed without issue. Sure it is up from what I had for the last 5 years, but they are the most reasonable without any kickers, and have responded well o far.
