Called Energy Harbor to be my new natural gas supplier. Agent was helpful and efficient in signing me up. My follow-up call to have contract details mailed through **** instead of e-mail went smoothly and I received it within a couple days.

Researched several electric providers and found Energy Harbor to be the cheapest. Our current provider was offering a rate 7 cents higher. Online sign-up was simple. Received email and mail confirmations.

The switch was easy. I locked in a great rate for 4 years. The rate was much lower than other companies whose rates were higher and were for shorter terms. I was looking for a company that offered an energy source that was not coal or natural gas and found it in Energy Harbor.

I just signed up with Energy Harbor. Emailed them twice with questions and got timely responses. The one thing I don't care for is the start date. I had 11/08/2022 on my application and they are starting it on 10/20/2022. I wanted to wait until my other contract ran out and it's right around the monthly billing from my electric company ends. I emailed about that and never got a response.
