Called Energy Harbor representative who explained all my questions and signed me up with the electric rate and term length that I wanted. He was very professional and knowledgeable. A few days later I received a letter listing all the terms that i agreed to. I just checked ppl electric portal and agreed to rates posted. Very satisfied.

Easy switch, great rate, and no cancellation fee. So far so good!
No problems so far. They offered me a 48 month plan with a fixed rate for the length of the term, a fixed rate lower than PPL. Switching over was seamless and easy.- ************************* ***** ~ Things are only impossible until they are done.

The switch went well. I joined for electricity under a city aggregate program which was reasonable. I was so impressed I later switched the natural gas service as well. I was given a better rate than the one on the internet for natural gas. I got my first electric bill and everything is in order. The natural gas bill should be arriving soon. If it works as well as the electric switch did, it will be both beneficial to me and as painless as the process gets.
