We are new customers...just signed up this past week. PP&L notified us of the switch, etc. I guess we will get first bill in Oct. I have not rec paper contract yet or is that coming thru email? Pls advise. Thankyou.

I am new to Energy Harbor. After reading some of the 1-star reviews I am wondering why the cost of gas goes up. I have a fixed rate and hopefully won't have this problem
