They sent a flyer to check the system for any problem and will get a free panel wash too. Even before they started, so I I made them aware of the errors which I was getting. Still they could not find anything. When I contacted Solar edge myself, I they told that there are errors and they can only work with installer. When I contacted energy aid again, I was told that there would be $1800 charge to come back again for another troubleshooting in addition to any other labor charges.
