I was very pleased with Energy Aid's tech who came out to our home. He notified me when he was on his way. When he arrived he was very nice & explained the work he was going to do. He also advised me to lower our usage between 4-9pm & answered my questions.. .very impressed with this company's service, Thank you.

Francisco was very professional and helpful. He fixed the original problem with the inverter firmware update and also diagnosed the cause for another problem -- the CTs were wired incorrectly during the original installation. He included this in his report to ESP so another service call could be scheduled to fix the CTs. Very pleased with the service provided by Francisco.
