They sent a flyer to check the system for any problem and will get a free panel wash too. Even before they started, so I I made them aware of the errors which I was getting. Still they could not find anything. When I contacted Solar edge myself, I they told that there are errors and they can only work with installer. When I contacted energy aid again, I was told that there would be $1800 charge to come back again for another troubleshooting in addition to any other labor charges. Hi Alok, thanks for the feedback and apologies for the inconvenience. As you may be aware, the manufacturer is solely capable of approving an inverter RMA. After multiple checks with SolarEdge, they informed us that the error that was flagging does not necessitate an RMA as it does not affect production. Therefore, to prove the necessity of an RMA to SolarEdge in the future should a larger issue come up, specific inverter troubleshooting may be necessary.
