Very curterious and efficient
They did a great job. Professional, Courteous and willing to answer my questions.
The person sent was very cordial and thorough in his assessment. I appreciated his explanation of what he did and what needs to be done.
Professional service. Energy Aid removed/reinstalled our faulty inverters and handled the warranty claim. We were pleased with their service.

Re-installed new lg battery yesterday!!! Did a great job and very pleasant .
The service guy was very pleasant. He apologized for being an hour late. He replaced one part and repaired another part. He assures me it is fixed. My monitoring system has not confirmed that yet as he says it takes time to get caught up. But on the roof everything is green I hope he is right.
Really good he fixed the problem and was very polite. Gave me the information I needed. Thank you All.
