Very friendly. Did work in a timely matter. Was later than scheduled time. Overall it was good.

Re-installed new lg battery yesterday!!! Did a great job and very pleasant .
The service guy was very pleasant. He apologized for being an hour late. He replaced one part and repaired another part. He assures me it is fixed. My monitoring system has not confirmed that yet as he says it takes time to get caught up. But on the roof everything is green I hope he is right.
