It was a very satisfactory experience since Erik Orduna was on time, explained everything to me so I actually understood what he was doing and completed the work quickly but correctly. I haven't had a minute of problems with my solar panels since he was here to repair them. Thank you, Erik.

Energy Aid has been fantastic to work with. My original Solar installer no longer provides any customer service or warranty work. My solar panels stopped generating mid-year 2022 and I only realized it when my PGE true-up was so high. Energy Aid came, diagnosed the problem, replaced my inverter under warranty, and got me back in business. The two technicians that did the cleaning seemed to be competent. I had to take their word on the cleaning that was done. The price of the job was very reasonable.

Eric was wonderful, very knowledgeable, work very efficient and kept me informed of what he was doing and why everything was cleaned up when he left like he was never here But I would like you to contact me because I have another item that needs to be addressed at another address. We had a second solar system put in at my son’s house and I have the parts to 4G.
