Energy Aid has been fantastic to work with. My original Solar installer no longer provides any customer service or warranty work. My solar panels stopped generating mid-year 2022 and I only realized it when my PGE true-up was so high. Energy Aid came, diagnosed the problem, replaced my inverter under warranty, and got me back in business. Nicholas Bartosch provides top-notch customer service and always has an optimistic demeanor. He's also highly knowledgeable and I am confident there is nothing he cannot fix when it comes to solar systems. Working with him is always a pleasure!
The two technicians that did the cleaning seemed to be competent. I had to take their word on the cleaning that was done. The price of the job was very reasonable.
