The technician was great, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Somehow our window of the call was moved from 12-4 to 8-12 and the company never asked if the change was convenient on our end they just let us know in the reminder. It would have been courteous to communicate that with us beforehand

Had someone from EnergyAid come out and get my battery back up and running. Then, on another day, had EnergyAid clean my solar panels. For both jobs, the employees who came out were professional and courteous. Definitely keeping EnergyAid on my speed dial.
