We talk about my expectations and he explained what I could expect in a clear and understandable way. When his work was complete he explained what he found and let me know what I could expect in the report and recommendations to come in about a week.

The technician was great, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Somehow our window of the call was moved from 12-4 to 8-12 and the company never asked if the change was convenient on our end they just let us know in the reminder. It would have been courteous to communicate that with us beforehand
