It was a very satisfactory experience since Erik Orduna was on time, explained everything to me so I actually understood what he was doing and completed the work quickly but correctly. I haven't had a minute of problems with my solar panels since he was here to repair them. Thank you, Erik.

Energy Aid has been fantastic to work with. My original Solar installer no longer provides any customer service or warranty work. My solar panels stopped generating mid-year 2022 and I only realized it when my PGE true-up was so high. Energy Aid came, diagnosed the problem, replaced my inverter under warranty, and got me back in business.
