Brian was great. He was not able to perform the service to no fault of his own. He showed up on time and tried to resolve the issue as best he could. He was extremely professional with both myself and the women he was speaking to at Empower.

Erik was on time, very professional and knowledgeable with my older Sun Power Solar System. Made a quick diagnose of the problem but continued to check out the complete system. Now waiting for the estimate to fix the problem.
