Eric, the technician who came to review repair to my system, was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He reviewed alternative replacement and upgrade options clearly and efficiently, made one quick improvement to alignment and subsequently provided contact information for possible warrantee assistance in modification of the system. Well done!
Brian was great. He was not able to perform the service to no fault of his own. He showed up on time and tried to resolve the issue as best he could. He was extremely professional with both myself and the women he was speaking to at Empower.
