very bad service the repairs have not been completed

We sent the report to ESP with the technician's findings that 13 holes exist in the roof and that roofers need to replace the shingles. My solar has not worked properly since the new solar panel was installed. The EnergyAid people will not respond to my phone calls, emails or text messages. My bill which should have a neg balance is up almost $800 since the September 25th installation. It would be nice if someone would come and fix the problem.
We are more than two years waiting for the histórical information in our production. The sistem lost it and we never more hat the itotal nformation about fthe origen. Best regards.

However, we can confirm that our technician completed the commissioning of the system during the site visit on 02/15. All 14 panels were picked up, and the system is currently producing.
