My solar has not worked properly since the new solar panel was installed. The EnergyAid people will not respond to my phone calls, emails or text messages. My bill which should have a neg balance is up almost $800 since the September 25th installation. It would be nice if someone would come and fix the problem.

We are more than two years waiting for the histórical information in our production. The sistem lost it and we never more hat the itotal nformation about fthe origen. Best regards.

We're sorry to learn that you still haven't received the requested historical data from SunPower. However, we can confirm that our technician completed the commissioning of the system during the site visit on 02/15. All 14 panels were picked up, and the system is currently producing. Our technician even noted on his report that you requested the production data. We kindly ask you to coordinate with SunPower directly regarding the requested information.

Work not completed

Hi Mitry, The technician who visited the site on 8/18 was tasked to update the battery's firmware and check to ensure it was charging properly. The technician confirmed that the battery was charging after the firmware update. The system is now functioning properly and producing as expected. First part of job- remove solar panels for roof work- went well. Second part of job- reinstall solar panels- went horribly wrong. Did not get a date until 5 months later, did not finish job in one day. Zero communication as to when follow up would happen . It was missing part, need new work order, no technician— 8 months later- we had to get another provider to complete the job.

This company is terrible. They were supposed to check my Solar Panels that are under warranty from SunPower.. However, from the moment I opened my door to discuss the issue, I could sense that they were going to give me the run around. They got on the and the entire time could hear them talking and laughing.
