Great Work
Energy Aid has been working out of a branch office in Chandler, AZ. They came to my home in Apache Junction, AZ for $299 to evaluate my system that had recently stopped working. They surveyed the system and wrote out a detailed list of things that needed to be done and estimated $3400. I thought that was exorbitant, when the problem started with a blown inverter, which was under warranty from Solar Edge. They wanted to do a site map, which was already in place until they deleted it to make sure I would have to hire them. ... read more
Send a professional that can fix the system that we have been paying for, more than a year. It's still not functional. I'm paying Edison as well. What's the purpose of having solar that has NEVER worked. Next payment will be to retain a lawyer
In Glendale AZ our solar panels quit. SRP, the electric co thought the inverter was out (the warranty would have covered that). But Alex from Energyraid said it was not the inverter. They wanted to send a second inspector (an additional $2000 beyond the first $299) with no guarantee he'd find the problem. We decided to cut our losses. Now, another company has told us the problem is, in fact the inverter--and for two visits of $260 each we are having the repair done.
I contacted Energy Aid because SunPower went bankrupt and no longer support their solar installation customers. Their technician Pascal came out and provided a detailed comprehensive report with the following issues: 1. Inverter displaying Error Code 1302 (no power to inverter). 2. PVS6 green led off at arrival. 3. Monitoring system power piggy backed using inverter terminals. 4. Production current transformer located in inverter housing. The following repairs were recommended: a. Replace defective 25-amp main circuit... read more
I had an inspection of my solar system done by Energy Aid. The first issue I got is with the inspection scheduled: It was scheduled on a Friday between 12pm and 4pm. Around 2pm I got a text message saying something like "good news you can schedule an appointment for an inspection". That message looked weird since I already had an appointment scheduled with them. I contacted the company and talked to 4 different people and got different excuses about the technician not coming on that day. Finally the dispatcher manager was a... read more
The solar energy system in my house was not working since 1/13/2025. I signed a contract and paid in full to have a thorough inspection of the system and identifying the problem. The agreement says that I would get a report in 24-48 hours detailing their findings and making suggestions. The technician seemed to finish the inspection, but I have not received any report from the company 11 days after the inspection. I called to remind them about the report, but to this day (5 days after my call) there is still no respons... read more
You point the figure rather than listen to reason. Can only contact service via email. Nice people but not willing to go out side the boundary even to pass a message on . They said “we have many clients and your are taking up our other customer time with your request to talk with someone in service”
