I first went to Zales and almost was going to buy there but as I was leaving to to think about it I decided to go into Hyde Park Engage. There I met Osman and he was super helpful on finding me the best thing I could find in my price range! First he helped me find a great diamond and was able to design something for my lady with everything she liked. Thank you Osman, great job!

Derek was such a great and welcoming employee.He explained the whole process on enlargement of our ring and how much time it would take us to receive our jewelry. He was very outgoing and respectful in every little detail on our experience. We will definitely be back for more blink blink with him.

We are glad to have Derek help us put together the ring of my wife’s dreams. She had a picture in her mind and he brought it to life. He was patient with us looking through many stones and made perfect suggestions to guide us to finding the right one. We never felt pressured in any way and he looked out for us by letting us know of a promo event they had coming up. The custom ring designer was quick to get the setting just right, and the end product is perfect. Could not have had a better experience.
