I worked with Edenne Gross, she was exceptional. I have been diamond ring shopping for over a year and haven’t received customer service nearly as good as I got from Edenne. Right off the bat she was very outgoing, relaxed and professional. She offered to let us examine the diamonds and ring very closely which was never offered to us at any other place we shopped.
