Ozzy was a great sales rep. Knowledgeable, personable and made me feel like my personal situation was important and worth time!
We had a great experience at Engage. Talked to Ozzy about the design that we wanted and even though I had very specifics request for the design the designers came out with a gorgeous design that was exactly what we wanted. We loved the ability to customize every aspect of the ring and see a 3D CAD of the ring that looked exactly like the actual ring that we got. Ozzy was able to walk us through all the particulars of picking out a diamond which was very helpful and was always responsive through texts or call.
Wow, where to begin... Since the first day we walked in looking for a ring. Britta approach us with a huge smile and a couple waters. She took her time and was very patient in showing us every ring style we were interested in. Making great suggestions and conversation along the way. She wasn't pushy like a lot of the jewelers or there. When we finally decided on "the one" she made the checkout process as easy as can be. I can't thank her enough for all the help she provided. Definitely made a friend out of us! 6 stars 🌟
Ozzie was the man, took care of everything promptly and made sure I had the perfect ring!
Was a great experience. Walked in the first time and was greeted right away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Derek helped us pick out our forever ring and he couldn’t have been more of a big help in helping us select the perfect ring and stone. We are forever thankful for his help and for always keeping in touch with us to see how we were doing and to answer any questions we had. Thank you Derek for all you did!
