Staff were very helpful and attentive. My boyfriend and I were both fitted for rings and shown all the different styles of rings based on our preferences. I brought my nana’s rings in to be put into a new band and ring and Britta made sure I got exactly what I wanted and kept me updated through the entire process. I had a wonderful experience and will use this service in the future again!

Love Engage! Customer service from Derek was wonderful and attentive. He helped us find the ring set we needed and was very helpful in figuring out our sizes. He was able to get my husband’s ring resized very quickly (in just a few days) and kept us apprised of the progress. It’s hard to not walk out with more. Service and quality is at Engage and I highly recommend seeing Derek for assistance if needed!
