Garbage return policy. Placed an order for about $70 and nothing I ordered worked out. Returned everything besides one jaw guard that I had to modify to fit helmet. All was new in original packaging. After it was all said and done I received a refund for $17 and some change. Company is a joke and would not recommend them to anyone.
Great value but shipment was a disaster. I've ordered many times and never had an issue but this order so much was mislabeled and disorganized and damaged boxes. Probably won't order again.
Never again I have purchased from Epic over the last few years, never again. After making my purchase Epic advertising made using my phone a nightmare. Their adds popped up over all my apps and news sources. Epic has highjacked my phone. I cannot stop the relentless deluge of pop ups. I will find a way to stop this and never again view the Epic site
Socks Were Different Brand I ordered TCK socks but recieved socks labeled as Epic Sports socks. When I compared them to TCK socks they were not the same. The price was so low that it did not matter much to me.
Shirts poorly seamed stitiched The shirt I ordered the neck lines were too wide. So it looks when you wear the shirt the neckline is sagging. I would not purchase this product again.
Unclear directions on custom hats The ordering process for customization of the hats I ordered was misleading. I ordered 5 hats and only received 2 hats that had the custom graphic on them that I wanted. I emailed a representative at Epic Sports and they said that, and I am paraphrasing here, it wasn't their fault and that if I wanted, I could PAY SHIPPING ON MY OWN to return the hats that I didn't want - which would be more than the total price of the 3 hats! Soiled white caps As expensive as these Richardson caps are, care should be taken by Epic to ensure that they arrive without dirt on them - heavily suggest packing in plastic bag. Due to time frame, had no choice but to try to clean them up as much as possible. This isn't the first time I've had this issue. Please handle more carefully!
I placed an order for adult smalls I received youth smalls Did not receive what was actually advertised. Adult lacrosse/ basketball jerseys is what I wanted but upon receipt of my order the jerseys were extremely small.
Deceptive pricing, poor customer service I placed my first order for over 40 polo shirts. They were priced at three dollars and change each which was a phenomenal price and great quality. My customer then wanted to add an additional 10 more shirts when I went to re-order to my surprise the shirts were well over triple the price when I contacted customer service I was told that price is fluctuate, but they would check and see what they could do then I had another representative contact me letting me know that the price change... read more
