Received order I received order but wasn't correct size but since it had custom line on the side not able to return
Very slow delivery with no updates; and products were cheap After sending multuple emails advising a delivery date, the date came and went without a deliivery, to be followed by no response to my emails requesting a new delivery date. Customer support was via form letter responses and when the stuff finally came (close to a month after order), it was cheaply made.
Delivery not on time Delivery was three days late and we missed the first of two games we ordered these sweat bands for. Very disappointed.
Bad experience I received my order. Not what I wanted. I returned it the next day. They have not refunded me! I don't understand why this has been such a long process and a hassle. I will not be making another purchase in the future because of this unfortunate circumstance.
Not a described I ordered Adult small shorts and jerseys. The jerseys are like adult large and the shorts are like youth medium/large. I understand that there can be a discrepancy, but not this big. I need to order one more uniform, and I'm afraid of what I'll get.
Just Disappointed I ordered a set jacket and pants. Yes, they inform you that sizes can vary due to the sale. When we received the items neither head nor foot fit into the holes. The holes were so small a toddler couldn't use them. Mind you the order consisted of a Youth Med and LRG.
Damaged packaging Packaging damaged, item inside has flaws. Difficulty trying to access return/ replacement. Emailed but never got answer to how to proceed. I have previously ordered item without a problem.
Obnoxiously slow shipping. It took forever to get my item. I get that they are attempting to reduce shipping costs on their end by bundling a bunch of items to ship prior to sending the items out. I would not have complained if it weren't for them indicating 1 estimated deliver date and then receiving the item over a week after that date. The jersey was fine when I got it.
Jacket and hoodies The experience was fine, but the jacket is junk! The zipper broke on the second day I wore it and would not purchase that item again. Very poor design, disappointed in Epic sports this time!
