The Jersey color is different than the picture,. After contacted the customer care the problem didn' The jersey color is different from the picture. After contacting customer care, the problem was not resolved. There were no alternative options offered to the customer, except for a simple apology.
1st time mishap I ordered 2 sublimation shirts. I wanted them both blank but only 1 came that way the other said player 1 on the back. The ordering process is extremely confusing and apparently some shirts have to have something printed on the back (not what I wanted)
Incredibly slow shipping. I've ordered from Epic Sports quite a bit and the shipping time has been reasonable. This time, the shipping was delayed and took much longer. I placed the order March 5th and didn't receive it until March 27th.
Very unprofessional The package was sent to the wrong address. It returned back to you, and you only returned $. 69 cents to my account. And charged me a restocking fee. I will never use your service again. POS company.
Disappointed customer Terrible! Late arrival; loss customer due to this. Very disappointed!
Delivery Delivery was late Delivery date was March 19, did not receive until March 26
Late I paid extra, more than $250, in shipping fees to get my package sooner. I got it two weeks after the date it was originally supposed to ne here. Very disappointed! Not sure if I'll use epic sports next season.
Better fulfillment needed My order came in pieces and was not accurate. Trying to resolve the issue is very frustrating since you can not speak to anyone (you are communicating with a "bot"). The last part of the order was so late, I had to postponed the start of my league.
Very slow Nice products but takes way to long to get to you. On-line customer service does not care. Advised that I was going to start buying elsewhere. All they have to say is, "sorry to hear that". Wait times are unacceptable.
