Seems to be a very good website. Easy navigation, large selection of items. If the items are of good quality and arrive in a timely manner I will be buying for them again. I was very happy with my order. It took a little while to get here but it was when hey said it would arrive. The quality of the product was what I expected. Will order from this company again.
I loved the sale/closeout pricing! The experience was NEARLY PERFECT with only this one exception: You don't announce the rates for the various shipping options until after checking out. Sure, I could have backtracked just prior to payment and switched to a more cost-efficient shipping option, but who wants to go through all the form-filling out all over again??? I also would like to see Paypal become a payment method option.

I had a coupon for free shipping but couldn't find where to input before I had completed my order.
The only complaint I have wasn't on the survey. The estimated time it will take to ship is almost 2 weeks, I would think they could do better than that, and should do better than that. Otherwise, very happy with the site and selection.
I was surprised at the shipping cost to Hawaii for such a light order. I ordered only 3ea. baseball batting jackets that probably weigh less than a pound? A little expensive for residents of the 50th state. How can your company lower this shipping cost? how can your company provide more options for shipping?
This is my 1st time ordering from Epic Sports. The clothing looks like high quality. I'll let you know when my granddaughter gets her bday gift. If she likes her clothing, I will order from you again. What caught my eye was pricing. Love getting quality with inexpensive cost!!! Thank you. My grand daughter loved her clothes
